Yanni Hufnagel puts effort in basketball coaching position

Popularly known as Yanni, Hufnagel is the assistant coach of Nevada Wolf Pack Men’s basketball team. He works under Eric Musselman. Yanni Hufnagel hails from Scarsdale, New York City, in the United States of America.

Yanni was a diligent basketball player of Scarsdale High School. This is where his talent was noticed. After completing his University education from the Pennsylvania State University, Yanni Hufnagel joined Lacrosse team of Cornell University. This is where he earned a bachelor degree in labor relations. He later attended an internship at the University of Oklahoma and became the assistant coach of the basketball team for men.

In many of the schools that Yanni Hufnagel attended, he combined both sports and educations. He wanted to earn both of them. It was in 2009 that Yanni became part of Harvard Crimson basketball team for men. Not only this, Yanni became the assistant coach of Kevin Stallings of Vanderbilt Commodores coaching staff. This is where he earned more and more skills in coaching. However, it did not stop here.

The University of California in Berkeley credited Yanni Hufnagel for persuading Ivan Rabb and Jaylen brown to join the team of the University. Finally, in 2016, he was selected to be the assistant coach of the University of Nevada. Yanni agreed to work under Eric Musselman. Marc Johnson, who is the UNR president, supported this hire strongly.

Yanni Hufnagel’s is basically in the coaching of basketball teams for men. His experience has grown through his attendance in many Universities and other local schools. All through, Nevada has worked as the assistant coach of the Universities that he has undergone.
